For the domain is fine but not hosting
I will say none of the free hosting provide good service. However, cant expect too much because they are "free".
Therefore, i always suggest go for paid hosting. Hosting cost is low nowadays, and you shall go for paid hosting if you are serious on your website

The uptime for a free host can not be as high as a paid hosting solution. Also keep in mind that if you have any problems it can takes days instead of minutes to get support to resolve it for you. If you are looking for reliability in your web hosting your best bet is to sign up with a paid host.
