is there a country where keeping torrent files on a server (situated in that country),and make them available to other users (for free of course), is legal?
i heard that it would be legal in sweden and it is actually where thepiratebay.org has its torrents right now.
what do you guys know for sure? could you please point me in the right direction? Where can i find the exact answer to my question?

I have read in PHP books that "include" files should not be kept in your web space for security reasons. But where else can you put them? I’m using a shared server to host my future site. Do I put them on my own machine? Will this work? I don’t know what "keeping includes files in a directory not accessible to the web server" means. Can someone spell it out for me in plain (non-technical) English? Thanks in advance!!
Wow! Thanks Mohamed! I think we’re getting close! OK, so I have the following folders on my server:
mydomain.com (phpfile.php in this folder)
misc (miscfile.inc is in the folder)
Now the phpfile.php has the following script: (I think "script" is what it’s called 
include("../misc/miscfile.inc");
And when I look at my mydomain.com through the browser, I still get the following errors:

Is it possible to use a print server to share a External USB HD? The print server has 2 ports on it one has a printer attached but the other one is open. would i be able to flash it with some other firmware? please do not tell me to attached it to a computer to share it that is not an option for me. all the computers are laptops and it would be a big hassle. i also do not want to buy an NAS.

I updated to LimeWire 5.1.4, and I was wondering if they shared the same server. For exapmle, If you searched in LimeWire 4, would you get the same results as in LimeWire 5?
I have an Ubuntu server and I want to share some of its files with my Windows AND LINUX desktops. I have heard that you can use Samba to share files with Windows, but will I be able to access the files throught Samba on a Linux desktop? Thanks.
If a server computer crashes, the shared files will go offline on the other computers. Can those offline files then be backed up?
The shared network resources are mapped as a network drive on the other computers. I also enabled them to be modified offline.
